After 4 months of cold air circulating through the house, 4 months of hosting construction workers at all hours of the day, 4 months of not knowing how much long it was going to last, we finally got our house completed on December 22, 2008.
But the wait was definitely worth it! Instead of having to sell our "dream townhouse" and having to move out into the sticks, we were able to increase to value of it twofold and be able to stay in the best location in town (five walking minutes from the Landestheater, 7 minutes from the historical district). The kids are elated, of course, because everyone gets their own room!
